Nurse without looking at a clock, and offer the breast whenever your baby is even a little unhappy. Either have baby share your bed or have her in a co-sleeper right next to the bed so you can nurse during the night without really getting up. Both of you will be more rested and happier. Sing, read and talk with your baby as you go about your day. Make eye contact and smile often. By doing these things, your baby will know that he is loved and cared for.
